Allied Healthcare International (AHCI) announced that its shareholders had voted to adopt the merger agreement with Saga Group Limited at a special meeting of shareholders. The merger is expected to close on October 20. Following the closing of the merger, Allied's shareholders will be entitled to receive $3.90 in cash, without interest, for each share of Allied common stock held by them. | |
