Three hundred customer service positions supporting certain national clients of APAC Customer Services are planned for Nevada, the company and Nevada Senator Harry Reid announced. The positions will serve APAC's customers located in Nevada and throughout the country, and represent positions that are being "in-shored", transferred back to the U.S. from international locations. Those clients include Medco Health Solutions, which is the state's second-largest employer. | |
