AutoChina intends to appeal Nasdaq's determination regarding the delisting of the company’s securities. AutoChina had previously disclosed a letter from Nasdaq stating that the exchange determined that providing the company until December 31 to file its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the period ended December 31, 2010 was not warranted and that the company’s securities would be delisted on September 19. |
