Immucor and TPG Capital announced the completion of the previously announced acquisition of the company by IVD Acquisition Corporation, an affiliate of TPG Capital, for $27.00 per share in cash, or approximately $1.939B. IVD Acquisition Corporation was merged with and into the company with the company surviving the merger, in accordance with the merger agreement. As a result of the completion of the merger, the company's common stock will cease to be traded on The NASDAQ Global Select Market. | |
