SED International Holdings announced the company has signed a licensing agreement with Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia for exclusive distribution rights in North America to celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse's branded cutlery collection, Emeril Cutlery. The agreement follows a licensing relationship initiated in 2010 with Sterling Home, a division of the SED Lehrhoff business segment. | |
